Children in Need 2022: Strictly stars, Mel Giedroyc and Vernon Kay to host BBC show
BBC One will be broadcasting the star-studded event this year
Children in Need is set to return to BBC One on Friday, 18th November, for its 41st year.
The fundraising extravaganza will be hosted by Ade Adepitan, Mel Giedroyc, Vernon Kay, and Chris Ramsey, and will feature a host of celebrities taking part in a variety of challenges and performances.
Performances will include a special show from Strictly Come Dancing, with the professional dancers and judges reuniteing for a group performance.
There will also be a performance from last year's Strictly Come Dancing winner, Rose Ayling-Ellis, who will be singing a song from her new album.
Other celebrities taking part in the show include Rob Beckett, Davina McCall, and Matt Lucas.
Children in Need is a charity that supports children and young people in the UK who are facing a range of challenges.
The charity provides grants to projects that help children and young people to overcome poverty, ill health, and other issues.
The charity has raised over £1 billion since it was founded in 1980.
The BBC Children in Need Appeal will be broadcast on BBC One on Friday, 18th November, from 7pm to 10pm.
The appeal will also be available to watch on BBC iPlayer.
