The National Electric System Operator (CENACE) announced the planned power outages for today, Sunday, December 11, 2023. - Central Region: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Eastern Region: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
- Western Region: 10:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Southern Region: 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
