Nolan’s Bat Trilogy Concludes
Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated conclusion to his Dark Knight trilogy took a step closer to reality. On Thursday, Warner Bros. announced that Glen Powell, star of Netflix’s “Set It Up,” has joined the cast.
A representative for Nolan confirmed the news to TheWrap, but no details about Powell’s role have been released yet. However, it is speculated that Powell will play a villain in the film.
The Dark Knight Rises is set eight years after the events of The Dark Knight and will see Batman (Christian Bale) facing off against Bane (Tom Hardy), a ruthless terrorist who takes over Gotham City.
