GUY BENSON SHOW: Gen. Keith Kellogg on Possibly Joining Another Trump Admin, Trump's Foreign Policy, and Veteran's Day
General Kellogg on Possibly Joining Another Trump Administration
Former National Security Advisor to Vice President Mike Pence, General Keith Kellogg, joined the Guy Benson Show to discuss the possibility of joining another Trump administration should the former president run again in 2024.
Kellogg stated that he has not been approached by Trump or his team about a potential role, but he would be "honored" to serve again.
He emphasized the importance of having a strong national security team in place, highlighting the challenges facing the United States, including China, Russia, and North Korea.
General Kellogg on Trump's Foreign Policy
Kellogg also discussed Trump's foreign policy, praising his efforts to withdraw troops from Afghanistan and Syria.
He argued that Trump's "America First" approach was necessary to protect U.S. interests and that he had been successful in negotiating better trade deals for the country.
However, Kellogg acknowledged that some of Trump's foreign policy decisions, such as the withdrawal from the Iran nuclear deal, were controversial.
General Kellogg on Veteran's Day
Kellogg also spoke about the importance of Veteran's Day, honoring those who have served in the U.S. military.
He emphasized the need to support veterans and their families, both during and after their service.
Kellogg also called for increased funding for the Department of Veterans Affairs to ensure that veterans have access to the care and benefits they deserve.
