I’m Rangers-daft and looking to score at Celtic Park on my first visit...
Yanks abroad: Follow the adventures of American fans at grounds across the world
I’m a huge Rangers fan and I’m finally making the pilgrimage to Celtic Park for the first time next month. I’m so excited to experience the Old Firm atmosphere and see my team play in such an iconic stadium.
I’ve been a Rangers fan since I was a kid. My dad is from Glasgow and he raised me on stories of the great Rangers teams of the past. I’ve always dreamed of visiting Ibrox Stadium and seeing my team play in person, but I’ve never had the opportunity until now.
I’m a bit nervous about going to Celtic Park, to be honest. I know it’s going to be a hostile environment, but I’m also excited to experience the passion of the Celtic fans. I’m sure it’s going to be an unforgettable experience.
Here are a few things I’m looking forward to on my trip to Celtic Park:
- Seeing my team play in such an iconic stadium.
- Experiencing the Old Firm atmosphere.
- Singing the Rangers songs with my fellow fans.
- Getting a taste of the Glasgow pub culture.
- Visiting some of the city’s other attractions, such as the Glasgow Cathedral and the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum.
I’m sure I’m going to have a great time on my trip to Celtic Park. I can’t wait to experience the Old Firm atmosphere and see my team play in such an iconic stadium. It’s going to be a dream come true.
