Luxembourg, 13th January 2023 - Millicom International Cellular S.A. (“Millicom” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: TIGO) (SSE: TIGO_SDB) announces that it has received notification in accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) that Mauricio Ramos, Board member of Millicom, has acquired a total of 250,000 Millicom shares on 11th January 2023.
