Waldencast plc Announces Third Quarter Fiscal 2024 Results Conference Call and Webcast

Waldencast plc (AIM: WALD), a leading provider of software and services to the global insurance industry, today announces its financial results for the third quarter ended 31 December 2023.

Financial Highlights:

Revenue increased by 12% to £45.3 million (Q3 2023: £40.4 million)
Adjusted EBITDA increased by 15% to £12.8 million (Q3 2023: £11.1 million)
Profit before tax increased by 18% to £10.2 million (Q3 2023: £8.6 million)
Basic earnings per share increased by 19% to 6.5 pence (Q3 2023: 5.5 pence)
Net cash at 31 December 2023 was £24.5 million (30 September 2023: £22.1 million)

Operational Highlights:

Continued strong demand for the Group's core software and services, driven by the need for insurers to modernize their systems and improve operational efficiency.
Signed a number of new contracts with major insurance companies, including a multi-year agreement with a leading global insurer to implement the Group's flagship policy administration system.
Launched several new products and enhancements to the Group's software suite, including a new cloud-based claims management solution.
Continued to invest in research and development, with a focus on artificial intelligence and machine learning to enhance the Group's products and services.
