Zverev & Ruud square off for top spot in Newcombe Group
Alexander Zverev and Casper Ruud will face off to decide the winner of the Newcombe Group at the ATP Finals on Friday.
Both players have won their first two matches in Turin, meaning the winner of their clash will finish top of the group and reach the semi-finals.
Zverev has been in impressive form this week, beating Stefanos Tsitsipas and Taylor Fritz in straight sets.
The German will be confident of extending his winning streak against Ruud, who he has beaten in their last three meetings.
Ruud, meanwhile, has also been in good form, beating Cameron Norrie and Felix Auger-Aliassime in his first two matches.
The Norwegian will be looking to avenge his defeat to Zverev at the Rolex Paris Masters earlier this month.
The match is likely to be a close one, with both players in good form.
Zverev will be the favorite, but Ruud will be confident of causing an upset.
