The study surveyed over 50,000 individuals across 40 countries, delving into their perspectives on work, career aspirations, and job satisfaction.
Key findings include:
- 35% of respondents are actively considering a job change in the next 12 months.
- Employees place a high value on purpose and meaning in their work, with 84% stating it as a key factor in their job satisfaction.
- There is a growing desire for flexibility and work-life balance, with 69% of respondents citing it as crucial to their job satisfaction.
- Recognition and appreciation are highly sought after, with 80% of respondents stating it as essential to their motivation and engagement.
The study suggests that employees are increasingly seeking organizations that align with their values and provide opportunities for growth, flexibility, and recognition.
